Here at DAST we are looking forward to meeting more people from Lincolnshire. Over the coming months, we are offering a series of Bereavement Support groups across the country.
These groups are for anyone who has been bereaved as a consequence of an asbestos related illness. There will be an opportunity to find out more about the work for DAST, to meet other people who have been bereaved and to share your stories in a safe and supportive environment.
We fully understand how difficult it can be coping with grief and loss, especially in a world that seems to quickly move on. Grief can be a lonely journey you find yourselves on and it can be helpful to speak to others who are on a similar journey.
Whether you have been bereaved recently or several months or years, you will be welcome to come and have a cuppa and share your experiences, what you find most difficult and what you have found helpful. Come and meet others who will understand and not judge, make new friends and meet some of the DAST team.
